SpringHealthLive is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzette DiMascio, CHE, CMCE, CPC, to the organization’s Advisory Board. DiMascio brings decades of insight and experience in both the pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy industries on a national and global level to the SpringHealthLive team.
Recognized as one of the industry’s top strategists, Suzette’s passion lies in advocating ways to improve care for patients, making her a perfect choice to serve in this Advisory capacity. Prior to this appointment, DiMascio was the founder and CEO of a leading specialty pharmacy consulting firm, exiting that company after selling to a major hospital system.
“Suzette has years of experience building strategies for pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy companies of all sizes, so she knows the industry, the trends and competitive landscape inside and out. More importantly, she is aligned with our team and recognizes the opportunity for telemedicine to change the way pharma care is delivered, improving medication adherence and, ultimately, the patient experience,” says SpringHealthLive Founder and CEO, Mike Greiwe, M.D. “We’re excited to have her as a part of our team and looking forward to shaping the future of the pharma industry with Suzette’s advice and our fully-featured telemedicine platform.”
DiMascio says, “I enjoy advising innovative business models that have the opportunity to revolutionize and improve patient care outcomes like SpringHealthLive. I believe the pharma industry is ripe for disruption, and if COVID has taught us anything, we have to be more proactive in caring for patients in the places they feel most safe, and there’s no place like home. This platform can be easily scaled to help pharmaceutical manufacturers connect with patients and prescribers. I’ve been impressed with Dr. Greiwe, his team and their technology, and how telehealth can positively impact patients and their families, it is truly a win-win for all involved and I’m beyond excited to get started.”
DiMascio currently serves on the boards of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) Board of Directors and HBA Global Ambassador Program, and as an Advisor to the boards of Atlas Health and the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy’s (AMCP) Specialty Pharmacy. She has also been named a leader of one of the “Top 50 Growing Companies in Florida” by GrowFL; received the “Women Who Mean Business Award” from the Orlando Business Journal; awarded the No. 5 fastest-growing consulting firm designation by Consulting Magazine for 2 years in a row, and the coveted Commonwealth Institute for 4 years in a row.
